Privacy Policy

This is the privacy policy for leonardom.com, run by Leo Morejon through AAA Internet Brands, LLC. It covers the site, the free AI tools in the Labs section, the newsletter, and the contact form.

What you give us

The contact form and newsletter. If you write to us or subscribe, we store your name, email, and message. Every newsletter has a one-click unsubscribe link, and it works immediately.

What you type into the AI tools. The AI Policy Generator and the AI Marketing Text Generator save the details you enter so we know the tools are being used and what people need them for. For the policy generator that means your company name, industry, size, which AI tools you use, and your stated use cases. For the marketing generator it means the content type and brand you asked about. The AI Brands database records when someone saves a brand.

Some of these tools ask for an email before showing the full result. When you give one, it is stored with your submission and added to the newsletter list.

What we collect automatically

Analytics. We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to see which pages and tools get used. Microsoft Clarity also records anonymized session replays, meaning a playback of mouse movement, clicks, and scrolling. It is not linked to your name or email.

Approximate location. When you use a tool, we record the country, state or region, and timezone your connection resolves to. We do not collect your city or coordinates, and we do not store your IP address.

Cookies

We do not set our own tracking cookies. Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity set their own to measure traffic. You can block or delete these in your browser settings and the site will still work.

The AI tools

The generators send what you type to Anthropic’s Claude API to produce a result. Anthropic processes it to return the output. Please do not paste confidential company information, client data, or anything you would not want leaving your device.

The policies and copy these tools produce are generated text, not legal or professional advice. Have a qualified person review anything you intend to actually adopt.

Who else handles your information

We use Vercel for hosting, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity for analytics, Anthropic’s Claude API for the AI tools, Google Firebase to store tool submissions, Resend to email ourselves when you submit a form, and our own self-hosted Listmonk and PocketBase servers for newsletter subscribers and form submissions.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with advertisers.

How long we keep it

Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Contact messages and tool submissions are kept while they are useful for running and improving the site. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from any newsletter using the link in it. You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, and we will. If you are in the UK or EU, you also have the right to object to how we process your information and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. Use the contact page and tell us what you want done.

Children

This site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
